摘要:
评述近年国内外数种外援型微胶囊自修复复合材料体系的研究成果,包括DCPD-Grubbs体系、聚二甲基硅氧烷体系、活性溶剂体系、环氧树脂体系和异氰酸酯体系等,比较这些体系微胶囊的设计方法、主要性能和应用范围等.设计外援型微胶囊自修复复合材料,通过胶囊破裂流出囊芯可有效封闭裂纹,达到延长材料服役寿命的效果.指出材料断裂机理与微裂纹的产生及扩展密切相关,断裂行为决定高聚物材料中设计化学体系进行智能修复的过程.开辟了自修复聚合物材料科学研究新方法和工程应用的新途径.展望了微胶囊自修复材料的科研和工程应用前景.
Abstract:
This review briefly introduces several extrinsic microcapsule self-healing composite materials, including DCPD-Grubbs, polydimethylsiloxane, active solvent, epoxy resin, and isocyanate chemicals. The comparisons of the self-healing designs, main performances and application ranges on these the microcapsule materials in these systems are evaluated based on the original data. To realize the material self-healing, the extrinsic microcapsules in the self-healing composite materials are designed to be able to broke and discharge core chemicals which can effectively adhesion cracks , therefore to prolong the service life of the composites. The fracture mechanism of the materials is related to the micro-cracks generated during mechanical applications. The fracture behaviors have the influences on the intelligent healing process of the designed self-healing system. Such chemical systems of these intelligent healing materials have developed new scientific method and high-tech engineering applications in the near future. This review makes some comments on the advancements of self-healing composite materials with extrinsic microcapsules, and the difficulties in the microcapsule self-healing composite materials.
