摘要:
酵母双杂交体系是用活体研究蛋白质间相互作用的有效途径. 利用这一体系,从拟南芥的一cDNA表达文库中筛选出了与同源框蛋白AtHB6有相互作用的两蛋白质AtHB7和AtGluRS,提示这两个蛋白有可能是脱落酸(ABA)信号传导途径中的新元件.
Abstract:
Two-hybrid system has been proven to be one of the highly efficient tools for detecting protein-to-protein interactions in vivo. By using this system two proteins (AtHB7 and AtGluRS) were screened as the interaction partners of AtHB6 from an Arabidopsis cDNA expression library. It indicates that two new ABA signal components were identified.
