摘要:
以双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)和正丁基缩水甘油醚(BGE)混合物为囊芯,三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛共缩聚树脂(MUF)为囊壁,采用原位聚合法,合成一种用于自修复材料的微胶囊,研究了阴离子、非离子和高分子等5种表面活性剂对MUF环氧树脂微胶囊的影响.采用光学显微镜(OM)表征微胶囊粒径大小及分布、表面形貌等性质,用圆环法测定表面活性剂溶液的表面张力和不同十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)浓度水溶液/环氧树脂的界面张力,探讨了表面活性剂种类和浓度对MUF环氧树脂微胶囊粒径和形成过程的影响.实验结果表明,SDBS有助于MUF环氧树脂微胶囊的形成,SDBS水溶液/环氧树脂的界面张力随着SDBS浓度的增加而减小,在SDBS质量分数为0.5%后趋于稳定;在该条件下形成的MUF环氧树脂微胶囊形态良好,分散均匀,无粘连现象.
Abstract:
Microcapsules have been synthesized by in-situ polymerization using melamine-urea-formaldehyde co-condensed resin (MUF) as shell material and modified epoxy as core material which consists of epoxy resin (E-51) and butyl glycidyl ether (BGE).The effects of different surfactants on the MUF encapsulated E-51 microcapsules,including anionic,cationic and macromolecular surfactants, were studied.The properties of microcapsules,including the surface morphology,the size and distribution were characterized using optical photographic microscopy (OM).Surface tension of the surfactants and interfacial tension of oil /water for sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate (SDBS) solutions at different concentrations were determined by ring method.Results indicated that SDBS redound to form MUF encapsulating E-51microcapsules,interfacial tension between SDBS solution and epoxy decreased with increase of SDBS concentration.The SDBS solutions approach an equilibrium condition when optimal SDBS concentration is 0.5%.Microcapsules manufactured in this synthetic condition showed fine modality and dispersive properties.
