摘要:
以脲醛树脂(urea-formaldehyde,UF)为囊壁,双酚A型环氧树脂E-51为囊芯,采用原位聚合法合成UF环氧树脂微胶囊.根据化学反应动力学,得到脲醛树脂预聚体及微胶囊囊壁合成反应过程中的速率方程.测定不同温度下甲醛浓度随时间变化的曲线,确定不同温度下的速率常数k和反应级数;应用最小二乘法对实验k与温度T进行回归,计算出化学反应活化能E. 研究反应温度、甲醛和尿素物质的量比对反应速率的影响,对脲醛树脂/环氧树脂微胶囊反应条件进行优化.
Abstract:
In-situ polymerization was employed to prepare microcapsules using bisphenol A type epoxy resin (E-51) as core and urea-formaldehyde resins (UF) as wall.According to chemical reaction kinetics,the rate equations were derived in the synthesis of urea-formaldehyde prepolymer and microcapsule.On the basis of formaldehyde concentration changing curve at various temperatures with time,the rate constant (k) and the reaction order were determined.Using least squares method to regress the rate constant and temperature,the activation energy of chemical reaction (E) was calculated.Studying the effects of the formaldehyde/urea molar ratio and the reaction temperature on reaction rate,reaction conditions of urea-formaldehyde/epoxy microcapsules were optimized.
