摘要:
采用Monte Carlo方法对微通道板(microchannel plate,MCP)分幅管的空间分辨特性进行理论模拟.研究MCP斜切角、偏置电压与荧光屏参数对空间分辨特性的影响.结果表明,MCP分幅管的动态空间分辨力和静态空间分辨力近似相等.在其他参数不变的情况下,其空间分辨力近似与MCP到荧光屏的近贴距离成正比,与荧光屏上电压的平方根成反比.
Abstract:
Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the spatial resolution of a MCP framing tube. The effects of the MCP bias angle, voltage and parameters of phosphor screen to the spatial resolution were calculated. Simulation result shows that the dynamic spatial resolution of the MCP framing tube is approximately equal to the static spatial resolution. From the simulation results, it is also obtained that the spatial resolution is proportional to the distance between the MCP and screen while other parameters are fixed. The spatial resolution is inverse proportional to the square root of the screen voltage.
