摘要:
研制4微带X射线皮秒分幅相机,其微带阴极宽度为6 mm,由幅值为-1.9 kV,宽度为300 ps的选通脉冲进行驱动. 对X射线皮秒分幅相机进行联调实验,测量相机的固有延迟为42.9 ns,时间分辨率为110 ps,空间分辨率为17.86 lp/mm. 由静态空间分辨率图像获得了分幅相机的调制传递函数曲线.
Abstract:
A picosecond X-ray framing camera with four microstrip lines was described in this article. The microstrip line cathode with a width of 6 mm was driven by the gating pulse with a width of 300 ps and an amplitude of -1.9 kV. The camera was tested, and the experimental results show that the inherent delay of the camera is 42.9 ns, the temporal resolution is 110 ps, and the spatial resolution is 17.86 lp/mm. The modulation transfer function curve is obtained from the static spatial resolution image.
