研究社区公共空间中,可达性、场地大小和吸引力对公共空间活动量的影响及作用机制. 以广东省深圳市华侨城社区为例,观察记录了社区内各公共空间4 d内的活动量,统计了各公共空间单元的场地面积、居住人口、就业人口和场地吸引力相对值,建立了影响公共空间活动量的单因素及多因素模型. 研究发现,公共空间面积、吸引力及可达性对社区公共空间活动量的影响显著;公共空间场地面积是影响公共空间活动的最重要因素,当社区公共空间单元面积为500~2 000 m2时,其利用效率较高;对于同等面积的社区公共空间单元,增加其吸引力比增强可达性更为重要. 研究认为,社区公共空间供应和布局中应以使用者需求为中心,不宜布置过大的公共空间,应化整为零,均衡布局,重视环境建设和设施的配置.
We explore the influence of accessibility, site area and attractiveness on the use of community open space. By setting a Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) community as the study case, we observe four-day activities in each open space of this community. The unit area, the resident population, employed population and the relative magnitude of field attractiveness of each open space are considered so as to allow for the establishment of single and multiple factor models that affect open space activity. The results confirm that area size, attractiveness, and accessibility of open spaces have significant effect on the use of community open spaces. The open space area is the chief factor affecting open space activity. When the unit area of a community open space is 500 m2 to 2 000 m2, its efficiency is high. For community open spaces with similar unit area, increasing their attractiveness is more important than enhancing their accessibility. Based on the results, this research suggests that the user needs should be considered primarily in designing the number and location of community open spaces. Relevant departments should attach considerable importance to environment-friendly construction and facility configuration, rather than a large space or excessive decoration for open spaces.
