摘要:
报道一种结构简单紧凑的二阶Stokes自拉曼调Q锁模固体激光器.采用光纤耦合输出的大功率激光二极管,单端泵浦掺Nd原子质量分数为0.3%的Nd∶YVO4晶体,在重复频率为20 kHz,泵浦功率为22 W时,得到波长为1 764 nm、平均功率为0.215 W、锁模脉宽为12 ps及单脉冲能量为5.44 μJ的激光输出,其峰值功率达到453 kW.
