摘要:
结合湖北省宜昌市东山大道改建项目,将废弃的混凝土面板破碎加工成再生集料,并将再生集料全部替代天然集料用于混凝土生产中. 检测分析再生集料的颗粒级配、压碎值、针片状颗粒含量、表观密度和吸水率等工程性质指标,在此基础上通过对不同养护龄期下再生混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度进行测试,以此分析其力学性能. 结果表明,采用废弃混凝土面板再生粗、细集料配制的混凝土强度能达到轻交通等级公路面层对强度的要求;再生集料的压碎值、颗粒级配及坚固性等主要指标均达到水泥混凝土路面材料的要求,吸水率和细集料的含泥量偏大,通过预吸水和筛洗可使其达到路面材料的要求;再生混凝土的坍落度偏小,保水性及和易性较好,能满足现场施工要求;再生混凝土的强度随着龄期的增加逐渐增大,且增大趋势逐渐变缓;再生混凝土的破坏特征与普通混凝土相似,但再生混凝土的抗压强度增长值与龄期的对数不成正比例关系.
Abstract:
Combining with the reconstruction project of the Dongshan Avenue in Yichang, Hubei province, we crush and process the waste concrete into recycled aggregate, and then completely replace the natural aggregate with the recycled aggregate in the process of concrete production. In order to analyze the mechanical properties of the recycled aggregate, we measure the particle size distribution, the crushing value, the flakiness particle content, the apparent density and the water absorption of recycled aggregate by testing the compressive strength and flexural strength of the recycled concrete under different curing periods. The results show that the strength of concrete prepared by recycled coarse and fine aggregates can meet the requirements of the road surface layer strength for light traffic grade. The main indexes such as crushed value of recycled aggregate, particle size distribution, and firmness meet requirements of cement concrete pavement materials. The recycled concrete with small slump and good water retention and good workability can meet the requirements of construction site. The strength of recycled concrete increases gradually with age, and the increase trend slows down gradually. The damage characteristic of recycled concrete is similar to that of ordinary concrete, while the compressive strength of the recycled concrete is not proportional to the logarithm of age.
